- Poshan Abhiyaan 2020
Poshan Abhiyaan 2020 seminar on establishment of Nutrition Garden for Anganwadi workers and farm women were organised and celebrated at kvk. Mrs Thilaga CDPO, Thoothukudi Mr.Jackson Durai raj kumaragiri president Mrs.Jeyalaxmi community health nurse inaugurated the function and gave special address. 40 Anganwadi workers and 12 farm women and kvk staff attended the program. Booklet on nutri Garden,Seed kit packet,kvk fruit saplings like acid lime, curry leaves were distributed to the trainees.......

Friends of Coconut Tree Training Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Thoothukudi and Coconut Development Board, Chennai jointly organized six days (16.12.2019- 21.12.2019) training programme to coconut growers for tree climbing by using Friends of Coconut Tree (Tree climber). 20 beneficiaries of Coconut growers from Rajaputhukudi village were selected for the training.
